Dental insurance is a great benefit. But most of the time, your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of your dental care. Here’s why:
Dental insurance carriers promise to cover usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) costs of dental care. However, the carriers differ widely in how they define UCR. The reality is: the amount of your coverage is
based on the premiums your employer is willing to pay.
The fees we charge in our office are normal and moderate. In some cases, your insurance carrier will cover a good portion of the cost of your treatment. In most cases, the insurance company requires you to pay a portion of the cost.
Our Promise To You...
We go the extra mile to work with you (and the insurance carrier) to make sure you receive every dollar to which you are entitled.
If you do owe amounts beyond your coverage, we offer many options for payment. And our door is always open to explain and discuss any insurance concerns or questions you have.
Painless Payment Plan
We strive to make your dental care affordable - and your payments as painless as possible. For payment, you may choose the following options:
• Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx)
• For balances over $300, we offer special terms that enable you to make 4-equal, automatic payments over a 2-month period, using your preferred credit card or debit card.
• No-interest payment plans from Care Credit. These plans also offer long-term payment plans with lower monthly payments, if you’re willing to assume interest charges.
